Todd has spent more than 20 years helping small and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies maximize market exclusivity for their drugs through robust patent protection, Hatch-Waxman and other regulatory exclusivities, and strategic licensing agreements. Todd is currently a member of Innoventiv IP and has worked in legal departments with increasing responsibility at Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Cephalon, and Taro Pharmaceuticals. Todd earned his undergraduate degree from Truman State University, his doctoral degree in organic chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his law degree from the New York University School of Law.
